Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Files Lawsuit Against NBC Amidst Sex Trafficking Trial

By Alice Redpill

Combs sues NBC over new documentary as he awaits trial on sex trafficking charges.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is taking a stand against NBC Universal, filing a lawsuit over a documentary that he argues unjustly labels him a serial murderer and falsely claims he engaged in sexual activities with underage girls as he faces federal sex trafficking charges.

The lawsuit, lodged Wednesday in a New York state court, vehemently asserts that the documentary, “Diddy: Making of a Bad Boy,” contains statements that NBC Universal either knew to be false or published with reckless disregard for the truth, thereby defaming the founder of Bad Boy Records.

“Clearly, the entire foundation of the documentary rests on the baseless assumption that Mr. Combs has committed numerous heinous crimes, including serial murder, the rape of minors, and sex trafficking,” the complaint states. “It viciously and unfoundedly concludes that Mr. Combs is a ‘monster’ and ‘an embodiment of Lucifer,’ drawing outrageous parallels to Jeffrey Epstein.”

Representatives for NBC Universal and the entertainment company behind the documentary, also named in the suit, have yet to respond to requests for comment. The documentary premiered last month on Peacock TV, NBC’s streaming service.

Combs is seeking no less than $100 million in damages after his September arrest on serious charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. Federal prosecutors allege he exploited his wealth and influence to coerce female victims and male sex workers into engaging in drug-fueled sexual performances known as “Freak Offs,” employing intimidation tactics, including blackmail and violence, that date back to the early 2000s. Combs has pleaded not guilty, and his trial is scheduled for May.

Erica Wolff, an attorney representing Sean Combs, condemned NBC and the other involved parties for “maliciously and recklessly broadcasting outrageous lies” to exploit public interest in scandal for profit.

“In disseminating these blatant falsehoods, the Defendants display utter disregard for the truth while undermining Mr. Combs’s right to a fair trial,” she stated. “This lawsuit is a necessary step to hold these Defendants accountable for the significant harm their reckless claims have inflicted.”

The lawsuit explicitly states that the documentary “falsely, recklessly, and maliciously” accuses Combs of murdering notable figures such as Kimberly Porter, Christopher Wallace, and Dwight Arrington Myers.

Porter, a model and longtime girlfriend of Combs, tragically passed away in 2008 due to complications from pneumonia at the age of 47. Wallace, known as The Notorious B.I.G., was killed in a drive-by shooting in 1997 at just 24 years old. Myers, recognized as the rapper “Heavy D,” died from a pulmonary embolism in 2011 at the age 44.

The complaint robustly challenges the documentary’s insinuations, branding them as unfounded conspiracy theories. It argues that such claims lack any basis in reality, asserting that it is not a “coincidence” that multiple individuals in Combs’s circle have died.

Additionally, the complaint addresses allegations of Combs having sexual relations with underage girls, pointing to a civil complaint that has been “thoroughly discredited.” Combs’ legal team emphasizes that the women mentioned in that complaint have since confirmed they were adults at the time.

As we all are aware Diddy is not allowed to make or receive any money while in jail off of profits from anyone. I guess this is his only way to make cash while locked up. Lawyer fees must be adding up and some sort of cash flow would need to be coming in to tackle this case head on.
