A federal judge has rejected a decision to next week on whether music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs can be released on bail as he awaits trial on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, after several other judges denied multiple past requests citing fears he would attempt to interfere in the government’s case against him if released.
This would be the fifth attempted release for Combs. The fourth attempt was recently denied. Attorneys representing the federal government presented arguments against Mr. Combs’ request for release on a $50 million bail and a series of additional conditions. Telling Judge Arun Subramanian in a letter the package “does not come close to ensuring the security of the community” or to ensuring Combs won’t interfere with the case or try to flee before the trial. Citing an alleged “pattern of violence” toward women and his own staff. The judge also ruled his bail is denied because no conditions can assure the safety of the community.
In his decision, filed Wednesday the judge in the case wrote there is a serious risk of witness tampering and direct evidence of Combs’ violence. Referencing the infamous 2016 video of Diddy beating Cassie and the text messages with her, it’s alleged that Diddy paid $100,000 to get rid of that tape.
The judge is also citing evidence that Diddy violated rules about communication behind bars. Including paying other inmates to use their Phone Access Code Numbers to make calls to people not on his approved contact list using the Contactme App. The judge adds there is “compelling evidence of Combs’s propensity for violence” another reason to keep him locked up.
Diddy is also accused of reaching out to his bandmate, Kalenna Harper. She, Dawn Richards and Diddy formed the group ‘Diddy Dirty Money’ back in 2010 on his label Bad Boy.
Ray J claims high-profile celebrities are “reaching out to victims” and offering them money in exchange for avoiding any public exposure. In a filing opposing Combs’ request to be released on bail, prosecutors claim Combs has attempted to “corruptly influence witness testimony” by asking his family members to reach out to victims and potential witnesses and create “narratives” to affect their opinion, while also asking his children to post a video to social media in celebration of his birthday and ensuring the video had “his desired effect on potential jury members in this case”. We also know his son (King Combs) took to Diddy’s IG and posted some videos to “spread positivity and love”. He posted two throwback videos of his dad and Biggie and another music video if his dad’s, Victory. “P.Diddy and the fam who you know do it better?”
In their correspondence, defense lawyers asserted that Mr. Combs has been unconstitutionally detained and denied his right to communicate since his initial arrest in September. The claim that the government is attempting to prevent Diddy from receiving a fair trial and that Combs “is not required to sit idly by and acquiesce to all of this.”
Which is infuriating, if you think about it, considering what we’ve learned from the suits that have been filed. There is a 9 year old male victim and at least 120 filled suits against him. Also what we’ve seen. WITH OUR OWN EYES! And heard from victims with our own ears.
Judge Subramanian heard arguments from attorneys on both sides but rejected a decision to the following week on whether Combs should be released on bail. Subramanian also rejected the idea Combs be kept under house arrest at a home with a boat dock in Miami. Last week, Subramanian told prosecutors to “get rid of” their copies of handwritten notes taken by Combs in jail, when the raid in his jail occurred. Making the decision as he considers legal arguments from Combs’ lawyers that the notes were subject to attorney-client privilege and counter arguments from prosecutors who accused Combs of writing about a witness tampering plot.
More and more of Diddys house of cards seem to be crumbling in. As more women (and men) are braving their fears and telling ALL things Diddy.
Amoung a few are aspiring singer-songwriter Tanea Wallace. She described her experience at a 2018 party where she said she saw minors “dressed up like Harajuku Barbies, red lipstick, looking like real sexy.” She alleges, that when she walked in, it was 7:00am, and the party seemed like it had been going on for days. Wallce was enticed to fly down to Miami to meet up with a friend who at the time was staying with a Prince. Who allegedly took them both to Star Island. A Jane Doe came forward revealing her name as Misha Wallace. Her encounter with Diddy lasted from the time she was 11 to 16 years old. Misha’s claims even involve Diddys Lawye allegedly drugging her and putting her on a plane. Heinous sexual abuse allegations. Involving JLo and Bill Cosby. She even recalls seeing Cassie there. She also confirms a lot of suspicious thoughts we’ve all had once before…Is Ally Carter telling the truth? While watching Mishas videos; everything Ally has mentioned is now confirmed.
Another victim, Andria English has many accounts of young Misha. Keep in mind Andria NEVER calls Misha out by name. She calls her Jane Doe. Andrea’s story was a little different than Mishas. But scary non the less. Andrea is one of the girls on the swings at Diddy’s infamous all white parties. The one Ashton was at. There’s pictures of him swinging from swing to swing trying not to land in the pool. She got hooked on liquid GHB. To the point when she did take it they’d call her SHEdiddy. She spoke about how when on these drugs, he (diddy) felt like he was apart of you. “He’s an energy vampire, he steals a part of your light. He takes a piece of you, and then infuses the devils seed in you from him. And puts a little evil from him into you that you can never take back or never get out out of you. Like SOUL TIES.” Andria claims. “What they do is practice satanic and demonic activity”. Andria was a regular White Party worker. But with each party more men came. And she was getting paid the same when Diddy was promising her more. Like many other girls she stayed around because she thought he was gonna get her into the industry.
Diddy was getting all the perks. The extra money. The keys to the yachts. Giving him the penthouse at hotels while she was allegedly being pimped out. Andria recalls a story of Misha who had also taken some ecstasy and liquid GHB in front of Aretha Franklin. She realized that she needed to go to the bathroom so bad, and when she told Comb’s this, he told her that he didn’t care and to get back up on the stage. Well, she ended up having a number two everywhere that ended up splattering on Denzel Washington and his wife. Denzel was so disgusted he walked over to Diddy, and said that he “Didn’t have respect for anyone!” Misha allegedly got thrown into a room, beaten, and was not allowed to take a shower with soap and water. She was only allowed to rinse off. Misha is also the girl on the Naked Buffet that TMZ has photos of. Many celebrities are in attendance. Like Bruce Willis, Chris Rock, Will Smith and Owen Wilson to name a few. Even the late Kim Porter can allegedly be seen, grabbing food off Misha’s young, thirteen year old naked body.
At present, Mr. Sean Combs is still incarcerated, and his legal representatives have once again petitioned for his release on bail. The proposed bail amount is $50 million, accompanied by a comprehensive set of new conditions. These conditions include mandatory home confinement either in Miami or New York City, stringent security measures, and complete restriction of internet access.
