Jay-Z Accused Raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 along with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

Jay-Z has responded to being accused of sexually assaulting a child along with mogul and rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs. The accusations came in a lawsuit on Sunday and since then all hell broke loose. You’ve been warned: Buckle up. The lawsuit was originally filed in October with Combs as the defendant, according to an NBC News report, and was refilled on December 8th, 2024 to include Shawn Carter (Jay-Z). The accuser remains anonymous and is identified as Jane Doe in the lawsuit.

The defendant claims that when she was 13-years-old, she was raped in 2000 by both Combs and Carter. While another celebrity watched! This all took place at a house party after the MTV Video Music Awards in New York City but all before they made their stop at Lotus nightclub and lounge. Where the infamous photos of JLO and Diddy can be seen a very heated argument. Jennifer’s sister Lynda also attended the party at Lotus as well as many other celebrities including Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z.

Many parties were thrown that night. Tommy Matola and Clive Davis amongst a few. These parties had celebrities like Kate Hudson, Beyonce and her mom Tina, Donald Trump and Malenia. Even the late singer Aaliyah. This was Aaliyah’s last appearance at the VMA awards before her death a year later.

After he VMAS that night LOTUS was the spot. Lotus was owned by Jeremy Jah. In 1999, The New York Post deemed Jah one of “the five most important people in New York…if you’re Leonardo DiCaprio.” In fact, Jah did introduce DiCaprio to onetime girlfriend Bridget Hall. Accordingly, the door policy at Lotus was to let in the beautiful people and turn away lesser people within five minutes. The Lotus was a $5.2-million dollar, three-level restaurant-lounge-dance club, packed with regulars. Leonardo DiCaprio, Billy Zane, Naomi Campbell, Elle McPherson, Kristy Hume, Diddy and Jennifer Lopez.

Jeffrey Jah, was a 31-year-old model turned party promoter, and the go-to guy of New York night life back then. Jah has been associated – in a non-ownership capacity – with almost every club-of-the-moment. In 1991, he started at Danceteria, throwing parties with Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana and Pearl Jam. In the mid-’90s, he worked under Canadian-born New York club impresario Peter Gatien at Palladium, Club USA and Tunnel. YES! THE TUNNEL Carrie mentions in SATC. Diddy even threw a surprise Party for Jlo’s birthday at Lotus. Ashanti also threw her birthday there in 2006.

Amongst Diddy, Vikram Chatwal is also a close friend. Vikram’s hard-partying ways had wreaked havoc on his career and personal life. So much so that he was banned from his own Electric Room nightclub, according to a former club doorkeeper. Vikram’s handlers couldn’t always reel him in. The then troubled playboy only got a slap on the wrist for trying to set two dogs on fire in Soho.

The 2000 show is best remembered for Tim Commerford of Rage Against the Machine climbing a piece of set scaffolding and refusing to come down after his band lost the award for Best Rock Video to Limp Bizkit. Commerford, who was later arrested and forced to spend the rest of the night in jail. Janet Jackson opened the show with her hit, “Doesn’t Really Matter”.

Britney Spears performed her hit single “Oops!…I Did It Again” which went on to become one of the VMA’s most iconic and controversial performances. Mostly due to her skin-colored performance attire that was underneath a tuxedo she ripped off, as she as sang a cover of the Rolling Stones- Satisfaction. NSYNC also performed their hit single “Bye Bye Bye”. Fred Durst later joined Christina Aguilera onstage as a surprise guest during her performance of “Come On Over Baby (All I Want Is You)”.

The night of the 2000’s VMA’s would soon turn extremely dark for a young 13-year-old. Attending the VMAs was bucket list dream of hers. Not being able to get in because she didn’t have a ticket. She was able to watch the VMAS from outside on a jumbotron. Being brave and fearless she walked over to limo drivers in hopes she could attend an afterparty. A friend had dropped her off at radio city and she LIED to her Dad about where she was going.

According to the amended lawsuit that was filed, very heinous acts happened that had left her scared for life and withdrawn from society. She was been traumatized beyond repair. She suffers from panic attacks and a seizure disorder because of all the trauma.

The lawsuit was originally filed in October with Combs as the defendant, according to an NBC News report, and was refilled to include Shawn Carter (Jay-Z). The accuser will remain anonymous and is identified as Jane Doe in the lawsuit. She claims the driver took her “20 minutes away” to a “large white house with a gated U-shape driveway”. It’s unclear who owned the house in question.

Once inside, the woman claims she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement. She says she saw ‘many’ celebrities at the house and that there was ‘widespread’ cocaine and marijuana use. Attempting to talk to numerous celebrities, Plaintiff accepted a drink from one of the waitresses circulating the crowd. A drink that was reddish-yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice. Then felt ‘woozy’. The drink was most likely laced with GHB.

Looking for a place to rest, Jane Doe entered what she thought was an empty bedroom. She needed to lie down for a moment. She did not lock the door. This room contained only a large bed, with no furniture or television. Soon after, Combs entered the room, along with defendant Carter and a female. The ORIGINAL 19-page legal document reads. (It’s now 21) ‘Soon after, Combs, along with Jay-Z and female celebrity, entered the room. Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You are ready to party!”

This is not the first time someone has mentioned the CRAZED look in his eyes. Andria English, a regular White Party Worker, mentioned the same thing. “He’s demonic. He steals part of your soul for Lucifer.”

Diddy then threw her towards Jay-Z. Who removed her clothes as she grew more and more disoriented. She was held down by Jay-Z who vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a female, watched. After Jay-Z finished, Diddy then vaginally raped her while Jay-Z and Celebrity B watched. Combs attempted to force Jane Doe to perform oral sex on him, but she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck; he stopped. The lawsuit says the victim eventually escaped the after party venue. She ran out of the bedroom, holding her dress in front of her like a towel. She ran around the residence until she found the front door and was able to leave the party.

Once outside, Plaintiff put her clothes back on and left the scene in the dark. She attempted to retrace the route taken by the limo driver. She kept running until she reached a gas station she noticed on the way to the party. A female clerk noticed her. The clerk let her call her father who picked her up to take her home. After the assault, Plaintiff fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life, the lawsuit reads. The lawsuit is filed under New York’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, and the accuser is reportedly seeking unspecified damages.

Buzzbee is also going after Combs Corporation. Stating each of the Combs Corporations aided and abetted Combs in committing the unlawful sexual violence against the Plaintiffs. The lawsuit states the corporations are alter egos for Combs. That these alter egos are dominated by him and used for his personal interests and to engage in wrongdoing. Which harmed Plaintiff and others, and/or serve or have served as vehicles for Combs to move, dispose of, and/or insulate his assets, including in connection with his criminal activities and to avoid compensating the victims of his many crimes, including Plaintiff.

Combs businesses routinely committed sexual assault and gender-motivated violence, as detailed in other civil lawsuits, to further the business purpose of Combs’ enterprise. Given Combs’ long-standing pattern and practice of committing sexual violence against women, the Combs business had and/or should have had knowledge of Combs using such parties and venues for this unlawful conduct and did nothing to stop it.

That did stop Jay-Z from calling the allegations “idiotic” in a lengthy statement Sunday evening (12/8) and alleged that Buzbee was engaged in unprofessional behaviour.

“These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.”

Tony Buzbee shot back. “Regarding the Jay-Z case and his efforts to silence my clients: Mr. Carter previously denied being the one who sued me and my firm. He filed his frivolous case under a pseudonym. What he fails to say in his recent statement is my firm sent his lawyer a demand letter on behalf of an alleged victim and that victim never demanded a penny from him. Instead, she only sought a confidential mediation.

Since I sent the letter on her behalf, Mr. Carter has not only sued me, but he has tried to bully and harass me and this plaintiff. His conduct has had the opposite impact. She is emboldened. I’m very proud of her resolve. As far as the allegations in the complaint filed, we will let the filing speak for itself and will litigate the facts in court, not in the media.”
