Diddy’s lawyers are fighting back against prosecutors who don’t want him to get out on bail. Days after prosecutors accused the rapper of trying to obstruct justice from jail, his lawyers level serious allegations of their own in response. His rights are being violated.

The prosecutors say Diddy is still a danger to others and might run away. They found some notes in his cell that show he was doing some shady stuff. IN JAIL! Prosecutors claimed, “Since the defendant has been detained at MDC, he has continued to try to evade law enforcement monitoring, corruptly influence witness testimony, and further attack the integrity of these proceedings. While attempting to evade law enforcement monitoring, the defendant has, among other things, allegedly orchestrated social media campaigns that are, in his own words, aimed at tainting the jury pool; made efforts to publicly leak materials he views as helpful to his case; and contacted witnesses through third parties.”

SSO reported yesterday about notes being found in his cell. He has been using an app called Conectme to be able to contact family and witnesses. He has contacted the other half of Diddys’ group, Dirty money. We know Dawn Richards is one of the half’s to file the lawsuit. So that only leaves Kalenna Harper as the witness he allegedly contacted over 55 times in one day. Per the attorney’s statement.

Also, gathered around a table, Diddy’s children, minus daughter Jessie, who has spoken out against her Dad in so many words, sang Happy Birthday to a jailed Diddy for his 55th birthday. Complete with a cake all lit up. Diddy’s son Christian Combs, aka King Combs, recently posted a video of himself on his fathers IG account as well.

On November 6th, Christian posted FROM Diddy’s account and said he would be posting videos of his dad. By posting the videos he hoped to achieve spreading good energy by going down memory lane. Showcasing all the “positive” things his dad has done. (Positive…that’s classic) So far he’s posted 2 music videos. Victory and All about the Benjamins. And a studio session of Puff and Big. Were these the kinds of tampering prosecutors were talking about?

Diddy’s lawyers, however, said that the confiscated notes violated his 4th, 5th & 6th Amendment rights. In a letter to the judge asking for a hearing, they wrote, “Defense counsel has recently learned that the prosecutors are in possession of attorney client privileged material, including the defendant’s own written notes.

This search and seizure are in violation of Mr. Combs’ Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights. Moreover, the targeted seizure of a pre-trial detainee’s work product and privileged. Materials – created in preparation for trial – its outrageous government conduct amounting to a substantive due process violation. Because the prosecutors are currently in possession of privileged material and are actively using this material to detain the defendant, the defence requests an immediate evidentiary hearing.”

A breakdown of the amendments. 4th protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government. 5th guarantees that no one can be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law. And the 6th gives citizens a series of rights in criminal trials.
